Collective agreement

• You can configure multiple collective agreements into the system

Following features are supported (without extension module implementation):

• In calendar, rotaplanning and in transit planning
  • Minimum daily rest time check
  • Unpaid break (calculations for planned and actualized hours)
  • Two different types of waits (calculations for planned and actualized hours)
  • Minimum shift duration (calculations for planned and actualized hours)

• Hour entries, shifts and salary calculations
  • Sickleaves with either constant duration (8h) or according to planned shift
  • Shifts are automaticlly adapted according to the collective agreement
    • Unpaid break
    • Two different types of waits
    • Minimum shift duration
• In salary calculations
  • Holiday bonuses (and holiday eves, configurable)
  • Order type dependent salary increases (for example, transport of corrosive substances)
  • Periodical supplementary hours (minimum number of paid hours for period, configurable)
  • Daily and periodical overtime (configurable)
  • Area specific wages and shift increases
